HSN has started offering the Acer Aspire One AOD255 netbook, which includes the latest Intel Atom N550 dual-core processor. Besides the 1.5GHz Atom N550 with GMA 3150 graphics, the 10.1-inch AOD255 has 1GB DDR3 RAM, a 250GB hard drive, a 6-cell battery that lasts “up to 8 hours”, and Windows 7 Starter OS.
The 2.8-pound netbook has a LED-backlight display with a resolution of 1024 x 600 pixels and also features a webcam with microphone, stereo speakers, 802.11n Wi-Fi, Ethernet LAN, three USB ports, an SD/MMC card reader, and a VGA connector.
It’s available in four colors: Diamond Black (AOD255-1549), Aquamarine (AOD255-1203), Sandstone Brown (AOD255-1625), and Ruby Red (AOD255-1134).
The AOD255 is priced at $399.99.
